theo is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to identify and engage top talent for leading automotive brands across the UK. You will source candidates, headhunt through LinkedIn and social media, and build talent pools for current and future roles.

You will screen CVs, conduct telephone interviews, and write compelling job adverts while maintaining strong candidate relationships and a streamlined recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment or resourcing experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident speaking on the telephone.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Source candidates using job boards and Boolean search techniques.
• Head-hunt candidates via LinkedIn and social media.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future vacancies.
• Screen CVs and conduct telephone interviews.
• Understand candidates’ experience and motivations.
• Write and post engaging job adverts.
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns via targeted emails, SMS, and WhatsApp.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and support them through the process.
• Keep the CRM updated with candidate information.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to fill vacancies quickly.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to placement.
