Job summary

Procurae Group is seeking a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join a friendly and growing team. You will travel to recruitment events, fairs and outreach activities to attract passionate people into rewarding social care careers.

This role blends field outreach with desk-based activities and requires a full UK driving licence. You will source, screen and interview candidates, create engaging job adverts and support targeted campaigns, building relationships in local communities and candidate

Experience as a Recruitment Resourcer in healthcare recruitment or social care is beneficial but not essential, as we provide full support. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role due to travel requirements.
