Job summary

Pertemps Managed Solutions in Reading is seeking a Recruitment Partner for a permanent, 100% office-based role. You will own end-to-end recruitment campaigns—from ad responses and passive candidate sourcing to screening, interviewing and onboarding—presenting shortlists to clients and liaising with stakeholders at all levels.

• Proactive and resourceful with a keen eye for spotting business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Recruitment Campaigns: Oversee and manage both spot business and volume recruitment campaigns.
• Ad Response: Handle responses to recruitment advertisements efficiently and effectively.
• Passive Candidate Search: utilise sourcing methods to build a robust pipeline.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and assess qualifications.
• Interviewing and Assessment: Facilitate and conduct interviews and assessments.
• Candidate Shortlisting: Present shortlisted candidates to clients with insights.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain communication with clients and candidates throughout process.

Recruitment Partner

Permanent position, 100% office-based role in Reading

£28,000 per annum + Bonus/Commission

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Recruitment Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of recruitment campaigns, including both spot business and volume campaigns. This role requires full responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process, from dealing with ad response and searching for passive candidates to screening, interviewing, and assessment. You will present shortlists to clients, liaise with both clients and candidates throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding process. You will need possess the gravitas to interact with all levels of stakeholders and can identify and pass future business opportunities to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify Business Opportunities: Spot potential business opportunities and pass relevant information to the sales team.
