Job summary

PCR Digital is seeking an experienced Recruitment Operations Manager to own onboarding, compliance and operational delivery for contractors. This role combines day-to-day operations with process improvement and systems ownership to help PCR scale efficiently.

Ideal candidates will have strong contractor compliance knowledge, CRM experience and a proactive, solutions-focused approach, with a can-do mindset for continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations within a contract recruitment agency.
• Strong understanding of contractor compliance, umbrella companies and IR35.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience improving processes and implementing change.
• Ability to balance detailed administration with strategic thinking.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, compliance and operational delivery for contractors.
• Review and negotiate commercial contract terms.
• Prepare statements of work for client engagements.
• Manage timesheet, invoicing and contractor administration.
• Own CRM and lead system improvement projects.
• Drive automation and process optimization initiatives.
• Maintain supplier relationships with tech, marketing and service partners.
• Provide HR administration and business support.
• Ensure accurate operational controls and documentation.
• Support PCR's B Corp commitments.

We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a background in contract recruitment to take ownership of our operational processes, compliance, onboarding and systems.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving how a business operates. You'll combine day-to-day operational management with process improvement, systems ownership and business support, helping PCR scale efficiently as we grow.

You'll be responsible for:

• Contractor onboarding, compliance and operational delivery


• Reviewing and negotiating commercial contract terms


• Preparing statement of works for client engagements


• Timesheet, invoicing and contractor administration processes


• CRM ownership and system improvement projects


• Automation and process optimisation initiatives


• Supplier relationships, including technology, marketing and service partners


• HR administration and business support activities


• Maintaining accurate operational controls and documentation


• Supporting PCR's B Corp commitments to ensure responsible business practices.
