• Use market insight and workforce data to shape recruitment decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement, efficiencies and best practice.
• Develop recruitment policies and strategies that support organisational objectives.
• Champion diversity, inclusion and positive action initiatives.
• Represent recruitment activity within governance meetings and leadership forums.
