About The Role

As Recruitment & Onboarding Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate and onboarding experience from attraction through to joining the organisation. Working closely with senior leaders, People Partners, HR colleagues and key stakeholders, you'll translate workforce priorities into effective recruitment and resourcing plans that help us meet both current and future organisational needs. You'll play a key role in shaping recruitment strategies, enhancing processes and ensuring our approach remains modern, inclusive and fit for the future. This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to influence organisational decisions, champion continuous improvement and ensure diversity and inclusion remain at the heart of our recruitment activity.
