As Recruitment Manager, you'll be at the heart of our People Team, working alongside leaders across Arcade, from our founder and GMs to ops and support heads. Your role will be to identify staffing needs and find the right talent.
Arcade
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000+
You’ll be the go-to for all things Talent and recruitment, hiring chefs, front-of-house staff, ops managers, or senior office roles, including the C-suite. You might interview a kitchen manager one day and plan a hiring strategy the next.
This role requires someone organized, process-oriented, and personable. You should be comfortable managing multiple vacancies and working within a close-knit team.
