Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in agency or in-house recruitment, managing multiple campaigns.
• Experience in banking/financial services is highly advantageous.
• Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full recruitment campaigns across the Bank.
• Develop and enhance recruitment strategies, policies, and processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Create job descriptions, draft job adverts, and assess applications.
• Participate in first- and second-stage interviews.
• Conduct labour market research and support salary/benefits benchmarking.
• Analyse recruitment operations and propose improvements.
• Stay updated on relevant legislation (GDPR, IR35) and assess its impact.

In this high‑impact role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent across the organisation while delivering a seamless end‑to‑end recruitment experience.

You’ll play a key role in strengthening their employer brand, enhancing onboarding, improving recruitment processes, and reducing turnover across all business areas.

What You’ll Be Doing
