My Product Path is hiring a Billing Manager to drive the expansion of our Product, Design, and Technology recruitment verticals. This is a rare opportunity to shape the direction of a modern, founder-led recruitment company, leading client growth, building a team, and having a direct impact on how we scale.

The Opportunity

You’ll work closely with Ash (Founder) and Ross (Senior Delivery Consultant) to create and execute a business development strategy that expands our client base and opens up new market verticals. As you generate revenue, profits will be reinvested into growing your own team — giving you the autonomy to build a high-performing practice around you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and grow a new market vertical within Product, Design, or Tech.
  • Win new clients through strategic business development.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to your clients, understanding their needs and providing real value.
  • Work with the resourcing team to ensure consistent delivery of top-tier candidates.
  • Build, hire, and mentor a team of high-performing consultants as revenue grows.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape our go-to-market strategy.
  • Track key metrics and report on team performance to inform future growth.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and continually improve how we operate.

What You Bring

  • A proven billing track record within a recruitment agency environment.
  • Strong business development skills - you know how to win and grow accounts.
  • Experience recruiting in Product, Design, or Technology markets (or closely related).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, you’re excited by the idea of building something.
  • Structured, organised, and comfortable working autonomously.
  • Passion for quality and modern recruitment, we don’t do things the old-school way.
  • Leadership potential or leadership experience and a desire to grow a team.
  • Strong levels of resilience, ownership and problem solving ability
  • Base salary: Open, depending on experience and billings history.
  • Commission: Up to 40%, uncapped.
  • Equity options available based on seniority and overall package.
  • Full autonomy to build your own desk and team.
