Job summary

Allerton Bishop is seeking a Recruitment Manager to launch and scale the Pharmaceutical Contract & Fractional division, working directly with founders to build exclusive projects, hiring programmes, and long-term client partnerships across the UK and Europe.

You will own 360 delivery from day one, mentor a team, and craft a bespoke desk with pricing, delivery models, and compliance, in a performance-led environment that rewards autonomy and equity.

We are now hiring a Recruitment Manager to build, scale and own the Contract & Fractional Recruitment practice — with a clear pathway to leadership and equity.

Working directly with a Founders — who has spent 20 years building and scaling contract recruitment businesses — you will learn how to win and deliver exclusive projects, hiring programmes, and long-term client partnerships at the highest levels of contract and fractional hiring. Our existing client base is across the UK and EU with ad-hoc client in US.

Your Role:

• Launch and scale a Pharmaceutical Contract & Fractional division

(Pharma, Biotech, MedTech, CDMO, VC and Private Equity)

• Own full 360 delivery — generating revenue from day one
• Build on and further existing client partnerships across the UK and European markets
• Develop high-quality contractor and factional executive networks
• Design your desk: pricing, delivery model, compliance, and contractor experience
• Most importantly : Hire, mentor, and build your own team with support and mentorship from the business leaders.

Your Profile

• Proven contract recruiter, ideally within pharmaceutical or life sciences markets
• Strong track record of 360 billing and client ownership
• Ambition to build a team or business unit, not just a desk
• Commercially credible with clients — able to win and deliver high-value work
