• Track record of winning and developing new client relationships.
• Confidence operating in outbound, candidate-led markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive and senior permanent searches across various sectors.
• Deliver leadership talent in Quality, Regulatory, CMC, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial.
• Own the full search lifecycle from engagement to onboarding.
• Build and nurture C-suite and senior leadership relationships.
• Position Allerton Bishop as a credible, consultative partner in the market.
• Drive delivery excellence and commercial growth.

The Role

• Leading executive and senior permanent searches across Pharma, Biotech, MedTech and CDMO
• Delivering leadership talent across Quality, Regulatory, CMC, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial
• Owning the full search lifecycle: client engagement, research & market mapping, candidate origination, assessment, offer execution and onboarding
• Building and nurturing C-suite and senior leadership relationships
• Positioning Allerton Bishop as a credible, consultative partner in the market
