Fifteen West in London is seeking a Fractional Leadership Consultant to join our hybrid executive search and advisory practice. You will work directly with founders, CEOs and boards to shape strategic direction and deliver fractional leadership engagements that drive growth.

The role offers a path into leadership within a growing life sciences practice, backed by a strong network and a lucrative commission model. You’ll be part of a high-impact team in a market with significant upside.

Compensation

• £50,000–£70,000 base (flexible for exceptional talent) + management override + uncapped commission paying up to 40%
• Strong earning potential through a highly profitable fractional and advisory model
