A progressive recruitment firm in Greater London is seeking an Associate Recruitment Consultant with 1–3 years of experience to join their hybrid team. This role offers the chance to build relationships with leading management consultancy and professional services firms. You’ll get involved in both sales and delivery, learning how to run a 360 desk and building relationships with leading management consultancy and professional services firms in the UK and beyond.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the team on live recruitment projects (permanent and contract)
• Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates across consultancy and professional services
• Learning how to build client relationships and gradually taking on your own accounts
• Helping to identify new business opportunities alongside senior colleagues
• Contributing to a collaborative, positive, and high‑performing team culture

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years’ recruitment experience (agency or in‑house) – any sector, but professional services/tech/finance would be a bonus
• A natural relationship‑builder who enjoys speaking to people and creating trust
• Someone driven, curious, and eager to learn the full 360 recruitment cycle
• Resilient, positive, and motivated by success (individually and as part of a team)
• A self‑starter who’s comfortable with responsibility and wants to grow quickly
