Amoria Group is recruiting a Learning & Development Consultant to join their Learning & Development team in West Didsbury, Manchester. This full-time, permanent role focuses on onboarding, training and coaching of trainee recruitment consultants to drive productivity, performance, retention and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' contract recruitment experience with client and candidate management.
• Strong understanding of recruitment sales processes and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for coaching, mentoring and developing others.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Resilient, proactive and able to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programmes and coaching for trainee consultants.
• Analyse performance data and provide regular developmental feedback.
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders, Managers and Talent Attraction teams.
• Support onboarding and induction programmes to accelerate productivity.
