Job summary

Supertemps Limited in Wrexham is seeking a Recruitment & Events Coordinator to plan and deliver recruitment events, coordinate venues and schedules, and collaborate with schools, colleges and partners. The role supports engagement activities and marketing, with travel to multiple locations and occasional weekend events.

Based in Wrexham, you will work full-time on a temporary basis until September 2026, earning £14–£17 per hour. Weekly pay and holiday accrual are provided as part of benefits.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with young people, education, communities or in a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to use initiative and work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital platforms, with flexibility to support occasional evening/weekend events.
  • The ability to drive would be an advantage due to travel to various locations and events.

To be successful, you will need:

This role would suit someone with a background in education, school liaison, youth work, community engagement or student support, who is organised, proactive and enjoys building relationships.

This is a temporary role until September 2026, working full time (37 hours per week, Monday–Friday). You'll be based in Wrexham, travelling to various places with occasional weekend events (time off in lieu provided). Hourly rate starting from £14 - £17 per hour (depending on experience), plus benefits including weekly pay and holiday accrual.
