Commission-first model – You take up to 75% of every placement (depending on experience). Bill £200k+? You could be pocketing £150k+

No monthly costs. We don’t take money off you – the revenue flows one way. To you. We deduct costs (typically under £300) from your placements once a month - we take all the risks on license costs.

Immediate cashflow – With invoice factoring, you get paid the same week your placement starts.

Personal brand support – We’ll help you craft and execute a branding strategy that drives inbound leads consistently.

Fully remote, totally flexible – just be based somewhere in the UK. We host regular meetups (Brackley, Birmingham, London) where we create content, chat about the office (UK only, sorry) and share best practice.
