Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Recruitment Director to manage a team and drive recruitment efforts in the Marketing sector. • Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the Marketing industry.
• Lead and motivate a team of Recruiters
• Consistently developing existing and new relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
• Managing a full-cycle recruitment process
• Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results
• Managing complex negotiations and coach others to navigate tricky recruitment situations
