The Logistics Partnership in Droitwich Spa is seeking a Recruitment Delivery Co-ordinator for its temporary staffing solutions. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, supporting high-volume recruitment across national accounts, and maintaining accurate administration and compliance.

Based at our Droitwich Spa office, you’ll join a small, experienced team delivering recruitment services and supporting the payroll process, while liaising with client contacts to respond quickly to

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening and supporting candidate registrations.
• Maintaining regular contact with candidates and temporary workers, providing a high standard of service.
• Liaising with client contacts when additional staffing support is needed, clarifying requirements and helping the team respond quickly.
• Managing candidate onboarding, references and compliance administration.
• Supporting weekly hours administration, ensuring information is accurate ahead of payroll deadlines.
• Flexing across different temporary clients and requirements as business priorities change.

• Can you combine fast-paced recruitment support with strong organisation and accurate administration?

Based at our Droitwich Spa office, you’ll join a small, experienced team providing recruitment delivery and support across a range of temporary staffing requirements, including some of our key and national accounts.

This is a varied, people-focused role where you’ll spend time sourcing and screening candidates, helping to fill high-volume of roles, alongside the accurate administration and compliance needed to keep everything running smoothly.

What will you be doing?

• Sourcing, screening and supporting candidate registrations.
• Maintaining regular contact with candidates and temporary workers, providing a high standard of service.
• Liaising directly with client contacts when additional staffing support is needed, clarifying requirements and helping the team respond quickly.
• Managing candidate onboarding, references and compliance administration.
• Supporting weekly hours administration, ensuring information is accurate ahead of payroll deadlines.
• Flexing across different temporary clients and requirements as business priorities change.

What will you need?

• Experience within an office, customer service or other fast-paced service environment, with hands-on administration and regular customer/client communication.
• Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.

• A proactive approach to sourcing and engaging candidates when roles need filling.
• The ability to juggle changing priorities and work effectively at pace.

Direct recruitment experience isn’t essential. Backgrounds in customer service, recruitment/resourcing, logistics, transport or account support would all be highly relevant.

Working hours

Although this is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, we’re a supportive and collaborative business, able to offer some flexibility upon agreement with the Regional Business Manager.
