We’re looking for a Recruitment Delivery & Account Development Consultant to join our TLP Recruitment team in Totton and play an important part in the continued growth of our Southampton operation.
Our operation is busy and thriving, with strong relationships across the local logistics market and plenty of opportunity to build on that further. You’ll work closely with our Regional Business Manager and wider team, building relationships with existing clients as well as helping to onboard new accounts and establish a strong service from the outset.
A key part of the role will be getting out to see local clients each week – understanding their operations, reviewing service levels, staying ahead of future staffing requirements and taking a consultative approach to how we can support them further.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable and naturally flexible, enjoys variety and is happy to support the wider operation when needed. You’ll be comfortable taking ownership, thinking on your feet and keeping great service at the heart of what you do.
Our Southampton operation predominantly supports businesses across logistics, transport and warehousing, but previous logistics recruitment experience is not required. What matters is that you know recruitment, enjoy working with people and have the initiative to make things happen.
Previous recruitment experience is important, although it doesn’t need to have been within logistics.
