Job summary

Din Tai Fung UK in London is recruiting Commis Chefs to join our kitchen teams at Covent Garden, Selfridges, Centre Point and Canary Wharf.

You will prepare fresh ingredients, support across Wok, Dim Sum, steaming and other sections, and learn Asian, Chinese and Taiwanese cooking techniques.

• Prepare fresh ingredients and support daily kitchen operations.
• Assist across Wok, Dim Sum, steaming and other kitchen sections.
• Prepare and cook dishes to recipe, quality and presentation standards.
• Develop skills in Asian, Chinese and Taiwanese cooking techniques.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and food safety.
• Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service.
• Follow training and develop your skills across multiple sections.
