An iconic Asian restaurant brand in Central London is seeking a Floor Manager. The successful candidate will lead the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service, manage daily operations, and ensure guest satisfaction. Candidates should have previous experience in a managerial role within a restaurant and a strong understanding of Oriental cuisine. Salary:£47,000 - £50,000 OTE annually upon completion of training (inclusive of tronc)

Contract: Full-time, 48 hours per week

• Handle guest feedback professionally, ensuring every guest leaves happy

Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Floor Manager, or Supervisor in a fast‑paced, structured restaurant
• Strong understanding of Oriental cuisine and passion for working in an authentic Asian restaurant
• A hands‑on positive leader who can motivate, coach & develop a team
• Strong communication, problem‑solving & organisational skills
