Job summary

The Bleep 360 Group Limited is looking for an organised Recruitment Coordinator to join our Internal Talent Team in Manchester. You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment across our regulated care services, from vacancy approval and advertising through to offers and onboarding, working closely with hiring managers for a smooth process.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment administration.
• Experience coordinating recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience completing pre-employment checks in regulated care environments.
• Strong organisational, communication and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies, deadlines and candidate pipelines.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and recruitment systems such as Talos.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach and collaborative working style.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles from advertising to onboarding.
• Advertise vacancies, screen applications, source candidates and arrange interviews.
• Manage offers and coordinate pre-employment checks (DBS, references, right to work).
• Ensure recruitment activity meets safer recruitment standards.
• Maintain ATS records, trackers and compliance documentation.
• Build relationships with candidates, managers and internal stakeholders.
• Support high-volume campaigns, employer branding and events.
• Monitor vacancy progress, time-to-hire and KPIs, escalate delays.
• Provide a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout.
