Job summary

The Bleep 360 Group is seeking an organised, proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our Internal Talent Team. You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment across our CQC and Ofsted-regulated care services, from vacancy approval to offers and onboarding, working closely with hiring managers to deliver a smooth, compliant recruitment experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment administration.
• Experience coordinating recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience completing pre-employment checks within a regulated care environment or to equivalent safer recruitment standards.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment from vacancy approval through onboarding across multiple roles.
• Advertise vacancies, screen applications, source candidates and arrange interviews.
• Manage offers and pre-employment checks (DBS, references, right to work, qualifications).
• Ensure activity meets safer recruitment standards.
• Maintain ATS records and recruitment trackers.
• Build relationships with candidates, managers and stakeholders.
• Support high-volume campaigns and recruitment events.
• Monitor progress, time-to-hire and KPIs; escalate delays.
• Provide a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
