Job summary

The Bleep 360 Group Limited is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Internal Talent Team in London. You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment across regulated care services, from vacancy approval and advertising through to offers and onboarding, ensuring a smooth, compliant process.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage multiple vacancies, and handle pre-employment checks in line with safer recruitment standards.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience completing pre-employment checks within a regulated care environment or to equivalent safer recruitment standards.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment from vacancy approval through to onboarding across multiple roles.
• Advertise vacancies, screen applications, proactively source candidates and arrange interviews.
• Manage offers and coordinate pre-employment checks, including DBS, references, right to work and qualification verification.
• Ensure recruitment activity meets safer recruitment and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, recruitment trackers and compliance documentation.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, Registered Managers and internal stakeholders.
• Support high-volume recruitment campaigns, employer branding, recruitment events and candidate attraction initiatives.
• Monitor vacancy progress, time-to-hire and recruitment KPIs, escalating delays or concerns where necessary.
• Provide a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
