Job summary

Hiring Wizard Ltd. is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator in Altrincham to join our growing team. You will split time between hands-on recruitment delivery and supporting our account management, helping us win and deliver work.

You'll source, screen and manage candidate pipelines, coordinate outreach and scheduling, and assist with routine client reporting. This role offers progression and a strong bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable picking up the phone and building rapport quickly with people.
• A proactive streak: happy to flag an opportunity or a problem.
• Able to manage more than one type of work at once while keeping attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Source, longlist and screen candidates for proactive recruitment assignments with the recruiter.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and the ATS up to date during assignments.
• Manage candidate outreach, scheduling and communication to support the recruiter.
• Support the account manager with routine reporting and account administration.
• Spot opportunities during delivery work that could grow into further proactive mandates with existing clients.
