Job summary

Vertical Recruitment Limited is seeking a full-time Recruitment Coordinator to support our Consulting Engineering division. Working alongside a founding Director, you will identify and engage candidates, manage the recruitment journey and coordinate interviews.

You will be comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls, building relationships and delivering a professional candidate experience across the construction and engineering sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, sales, customer service or telephone-based roles.
• Confident communicator with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive and organised with a proactive approach to outreach.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach and engage professionals for client vacancies.
• Screen candidates and record information during calls.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular contact with candidates.
• Write engaging recruitment content and newsletters, and manage records.
• Support business development through candidate conversations and referrals.
• Provide administrative support to the team.
