Vertical Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support the Consulting Engineering division. You will work closely with James Smith, a founding Director, to identify, approach and engage talented professionals for client vacancies.

This fast-paced, telephone-led role requires confidence making outbound calls and building relationships throughout the candidate journey. You will manage from initial search through to interview and placement, coordinating with the recruitment team and

Competenze

• Previous recruitment experience would be beneficial, but it is not essential.
• Experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, account management or another telephone-based environment is a plus.
