We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our Early Careers Team. You will report to the Early Careers Assistant Manager and wider Recruitment team, and be based in our Lancaster office, the role is hybrid. We’re looking for a talented Recruitment Coordinator who thrives in a people-focused environment and sees challenges as opportunities for growth. At MHA, you’ll work alongside passionate professionals who care about making a difference your role in talent acquisition will be far more than policies and procedures; it’s about creating an inspiring workplace culture, fostering individual growth, and implementing strategic initiatives that drive meaningful, lasting impact across our team.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Someone who has a passion for everything early careers
  • Has a recruitment background.
  • Proven experience in reviewing CV’s / applications, talking to candidates, and happy to call candidates to arrange assessment centres / interviews.
  • Ambitious and has enthusiasm.
  • Happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.
  • Able to travel to different MHA sites and to attend career’s fairs in the North of the UK and sometimes further afield.
  • Confident in standing up in front of people and delivering a presentation - you will eventually lead assessment centres and attend careers' fairs at schools / colleges to promote the MHA brand.

If you have run, or been part of, assessment centres before then this would be an advantage – if you have not, then having the desire to do so is good enough for us as we will offer training and support.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Manage interview schedules and communications for candidates, and stakeholders across the business groups, providing an excellent experience to everyone you work with daily
  • Lead assessment centres
  • Deliver careers outreach activities in local educational settings
  • Work alongside the HR team, to initiate offer letters
  • Manage onboarding processes such as the right to work process, triggering actions, and ensuring on-time completion of key milestones
  • Consider how processes can be improved and make recommendations to enhance service provision

This list of responsibilities is not an exhaustive list of duties, and the postholder will be required to undertake any other reasonable duties as discussed and directed by their line manager.
