Are you highly organised, proactive, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a motivated individual to join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team in London, with exposure across Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in recruitment within the financial sector, working closely with senior stakeholders and gaining a holistic view of HR in a leading international bank.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with daily operations and hiring processes across London, Paris, and Stockholm
  • Coordinating interviews across Europe, liaising with colleagues at all levels of seniority
  • Managing multiple hiring processes for the London office, with mentorship from the Head of Talent Acquisition
  • Editing, formatting, and posting job descriptions across platforms
  • Screening CVs, collecting feedback, and maintaining ATS data integrity
  • Conducting telephone and in-person interviews for roles ranging from internships to senior placements
What we’re looking for:
  • Degree-level education with strong understanding of the financial sector (via study or experience)
  • Exceptional written English skills, with the ability to edit and issue formal documentation
  • Genuine interest in financial markets, industry trends, and sector news
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence, commitment, and independence in managing tasks while collaborating effectively with the team
