Job summary

Lakaz Maurice is seeking a passionate recruiter in the UK to source candidates across job boards, social networks and professional networks. You will maintain CRM records, schedule interviews between candidates and clients, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

We offer a competitive starting salary, monthly uncapped commissions, early Friday finish at 1pm, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, regular team lunches, and ongoing training with desk-based development

What you will be doing:

Actively source and identify potential candidates through multiplechannels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Maintain and update CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of candidate profiles and interactions.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and seamlessprocess.

Ability to quickly adapt to new tasks, responsibilities, and changing priorities within a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Demonstrate a willingness and eagerness to learn about the recruitment process, industry and client expectations.

Effective organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and customerinteractions simultaneously.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing insights and contributing to the overall success and culture of the recruitment team.

Maintain a high level of professionalism in interactions with both clients and candidates, representing both themselves and the company positively.

Some recruitment experience would be ideal. However, we’d also love to speak with individuals from a sales or customer service background who showcase a willingness, and desire to learn and develop. THIS IS KEY!!
