We’re looking for someone highly organized, self-motivated and comfortable with social media, CV screening, and interviews. Full training and ongoing development are provided in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in recruitment.
• Strong organisational skills and multitasking ability.
• Excellent communication style, both over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Source top talent using job boards and Boolean searches.
• Send mailshots and use social media to find candidates.
• Build and maintain client and candidate relationships.
• Match candidates to permanent and temporary vacancies.
• Drive business development to expand reach.
• Screen CVs, conduct phone interviews, schedule meetings and assessments.
• Manage recruitment inboxes and admin tasks.
• Hit productivity targets and stay composed under pressure.
