The Best Connection in Plymouth is seeking a driven recruitment professional for a full-time role. No prior recruitment experience is required as we provide comprehensive training, guidance and ongoing support in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

You will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and identify new business through calls and client visits, working toward achievable targets with our support.
