The Best Connection in Dudley is recruiting a driven Recruitment Consultant to manage the full 360 recruitment cycle—from business development to candidate placement—and to build long-lasting client and candidate relationships. Training is provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM, office-based, with a driving licence potentially required for visits. A structured career path and employee-owned benefits support your development and earnings

Qualifications

• No recruitment experience needed; full training and ongoing support provided.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Willingness to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development to candidate placement
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Identify and win new business through sales calls and client visits
• Source, interview and match candidates to suitable roles
• Work towards achievable sales and performance targets with training
