Recruitment Solutions in Sevenoaks is seeking a Recruitment Consultant or Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You will manage recruitment from start to finish, help candidates find new opportunities, and support local businesses with hiring needs. The role combines people skills, sales, account management and problem solving.

The role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the recruitment process from start to finish, helping candidates find new opportunities while supporting local businesses with their hiring needs.
It's a varied, fast-paced role combining people skills, sales, account management and problem solving.

You'll be:

• Building relationships with candidates and clients
• Advertising vacancies across multiple platforms
• Sourcing and screening candidates
• Conducting interviews and candidate assessments
• Coordinating interviews and managing feedback
• Negotiating offers and supporting candidates through the hiring process
• Developing new business opportunities
• Growing and maintaining existing client accounts

Who we\'re looking for:

We're looking for someone who is confident, personable, organised, and motivated by working with people.
Previous recruitment experience is welcome, but not essential.
