The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to build something of your own with full support from the founder, emphasizing independence, drive, and results. You’ll be responsible for winning and filling roles, mainly engineering positions within the semiconductor and electronics sectors in the USA or Europe.

You should be confident in sales and business development—making cold calls, opening doors, and establishing long-term client relationships. You’ll manage the entire recruitment process and have the opportunity to develop your own team.

You’ll be empowered to run your desk like a business, with clear pathways to Director level and potential for equity in the company.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years in 360 recruitment, specifically related to engineering, semiconductors, or electronics.
• Strong experience in new business development and cold outreach.
• Experience working within or with the semiconductor, electronics, or power sectors is advantageous.
• Proven ability to develop a personal desk and generate cold business.
• Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable building from scratch.
• Self-motivated, thriving in remote, non-micromanaged environments.
• Serious about career growth and development.
