A boutique executive search firm is seeking an experienced Executive Search Consultant to join their team in London. This unique role allows you to work directly with the founder on retained searches for top-tier private equity businesses. The position offers a 50% commission structure, no threshold until 2027, and a hybrid work model with two days of work from home. Ideal candidates will have executive search experience and a strong understanding of private equity, along with the ability to build impactful relationships with clients.
