Redkiub in London is partnering with a fast‑growing headhunting firm that specialises in C‑suite mandates across the investment management sector. You’ll join a high‑performance team, working with top performers and a dedicated learning and development group to accelerate your career.

In this role you’ll map markets, source senior candidates via LinkedIn, guide them through interviews, and build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 degree and strong academic background prior to university.

• Telephone/meet businesses to develop professional relationships and generate leads.

What You'll Do:

• Market mapping
• Approach and source potential candidates via LinkedIn
• Guiding candidates through the interview process with negotiation at each stage
• Telephone/meet businesses, looking to develop professional relationships; find new business and generate leads.
• Autonomy over your own projects, with the mentorship from Directors and Seniors.
• Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients & candidates
