Job summary

i2i Recruitment in Gloucestershire seeks an experienced recruitment consultant to take ownership of the full lifecycle from client brief to placement. You will grow your own client and candidate portfolio, building trusted partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders while winning new business and expanding existing accounts.

You will source, interview and engage high-quality candidates, provide market insights and salary benchmarking, and deliver an outstanding experience for both clients

Qualifications

• Experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally in a 360 role.
• Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and KPIs.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Confident managing recruitment processes from brief to placement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief to placement.
