ITS Building People is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a growing desk in the construction sector. You will work with blue-collar clients and candidates, developing your own market while leveraging the support of an established UK-wide recruitment business.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience.
• Construction recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong business development and sales ability.
• Confidence building and maintaining professional relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Growing and managing existing accounts.
• Sourcing and interviewing suitable candidates.
• Managing vacancies from initial brief through to successful placement.
• Developing a strong candidate database and market presence.
• Maximising opportunities within your market and growing your desk.
• Working alongside an experienced team to achieve both individual and branch targets.
