Job summary

i2i Recruitment is seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to manage a full desk in a fast‑growing Gloucestershire team. You will own client briefs, source and place high‑quality candidates, and build trusted relationships with hiring managers.

You’ll drive your own success with a strong commission structure, enjoy birthdays off, extended annual leave, and a supportive environment that rewards delivery and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment consultancy or agency environments.
• Track record of meeting targets and KPIs.
• Ability to manage full lifecycle from brief to placement.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief to placement.
• Develop and grow your client and candidate portfolios.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Win new business and develop existing accounts.

What you'll need

• Previous recruitment consultancy experience, ideally within a 360 role
• Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and KPIs
• Strong business development and client relationship skills
• Confident managing recruitment processes from brief to placement
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Commercially driven, organised and resilient
• Passion for delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences
