We work with leading brands including Deliveroo, Pepsi, and The Body Shop, specialising in digital and ecommerce recruitment for some of the fastest-growing businesses in the UK. Based in Lancaster, we offer a hybrid model with three days in the office and two from home.

We are hiring Recruitment Consultants at all levels, includingTrainee, Senior Consultant and Team Leader. You will cold call clients to win business, then develop these relationships through regular online and in-person meetings. You will source candidates using advanced search methods across multiple platforms, qualify them with effective questioning, and match them with the right clients by understanding the needs of both. You will negotiate, influence, and persuade to secure the best outcomes, as well as write strong sales copy and apply basic content marketing techniques.

We are interested in people with recruitment or sales experience, but we will also consider applicants with no direct experience if you have the drive to succeed in recruitment. We provide full training from one of the best trainers in the industry.
