Reed Cambridge Industrial is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join its Cambridge team. You’ll own an industrial desk, work with local clients, and drive growth through proactive outbound business development in a hybrid, office-based role.
The position is full-time and permanent, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after induction. Salary ranges from £27,500 to £37,000 plus uncapped commission, along with an award-winning training programme.

You’ll take ownership of an Industrial desk. You’ll work closely with local clients, becoming their go‑to recruitment partner while growing your market through proactive outbound business development. This role is office‑based in Cambridge and involves regular client visits across the local patch.
