You’ll develop Reed’s Industrial offering across the region, recruiting temporary workers into roles including warehouse, production, manufacturing and logistics.
With a focus on winning new clients and growing the business, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle while building long-term partnerships and delivering outstanding service.

You’ll also have strong communication skills, commercial awareness, resilience and the ambition to grow a successful desk. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
You’ll join a well-established, multi-specialist office covering Accountancy & Finance, Business Support, Procurement and Industrial recruitment. The Industrial desk complements an established Procurement desk, creating opportunities across the wider supply chain and manufacturing market. The Swindon team is known for its supportive culture and strong track record of internal progression.
