Trial Balance Consulting, together with Well Placed HR, is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to own a warm Business Support desk across Cornwall and the South West. You will inherit an active client base and candidate network to make an immediate impact while growing the desk in your own way.

The role offers a realistic on-target earnings of £40,000-£50,000 with uncapped commission, hybrid working (one day a week from home), and modern offices with free parking.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment preferred, but candidates from sales, account management or other customer-facing backgrounds are welcome.
• Strong organisational and commercial mindset with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing a warm Business Support desk.
• Building lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
• Managing the recruitment process from vacancy brief through to placement.
• Developing new business opportunities alongside an established client base.
