Job summary

Trial Balance Consulting is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to own a warm Business Support desk across Cornwall and the wider South West. You will inherit an active client base and candidate network, enabling immediate impact and growth in your own style.

Ideal candidates may come from recruitment or other customer-focused backgrounds. This role offers hybrid working (one day per week from home), a modern office near Truro, and a supportive team.

Recruitment Consultant - Business Support Division

This is a brand-new role, giving you the opportunity to take ownership of an established, warm Business Support desk across Cornwall and the wider South West. You'll inherit an active client base and candidate network, giving you every opportunity to make an immediate impact while continuing to grow the desk in your own way.

What you'll be doing

About you

Previous recruitment experience would be ideal, but we're equally interested in people from sales, account management or other customer-focused backgrounds. You'll be organised, commercially minded, a confident communicator and someone who enjoys building genuine relationships.
