Job summary

Premier Education, based in Wilmslow, England, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Primary desk. The role is a billing position on a warm desk with existing client and candidate base, offering hybrid working with WFH on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Experience in temporary recruitment is preferred, and education sector exposure is beneficial. We welcome commercially minded individuals from education backgrounds or with strong sales and business development experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in temporary recruitment preferred.
• Education recruitment background welcome but not required.
• Strong sales and business development drive.
• Ability to work on an established warm desk and build on existing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established warm desk.
• Develop relationships with schools and new business.
• Build and manage a strong candidate talent pool.
• Source, interview and register candidates.
• Advertise vacancies and market candidates.
• Match candidates to suitable roles.
• Negotiate offers and manage placements.
• Generate billings and work towards targets.
• Grow the desk and maximise earning potential.
