Varang Recruitment is looking for driven Recruitment Consultants to join our winning team in the UK market. This role focuses on selling temporary labour across commercial, driving, hospitality or industrial sectors and building our brand with superb communication skills and a proven track record.

You will develop business through calls, emails, remote and face-to-face meetings, while liaising with on-site resourcing to align labour availability and updating the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working in similar setting/recruitment agency.
• Must have a good level of spoken and written English.
• Must have a good level of Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell in our temporary labour availability using warm and cold leads.
• Develop business through calls, emails, remote & face-to-face meetings.
• Liaise with the on-site resourcing team around labour availability.
• Update the CRM system.
