SThree’s Leeds Computer Futures team is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to own and grow a high-performing client portfolio in the Cyber Security contract market. You’ll drive new business, expand strategic relationships and deliver expert talent solutions to top STEM organisations.

This role offers uncapped commission with no threshold, structured development programmes, and a supportive environment that rewards performance.

We’re looking for an experienced, high-performing recruitment professional to join our Leeds Computer Futures team, focusing on the Cyber Security (contract) market. This role is designed for experts who want to take full ownership of their market, maximise their earnings, and drive significant business impact.

The base salary range reflects the fixed compensation for this role. In addition, this position is eligible for a variable commission plan, with total earnings based on performance against defined targets. Final base salary will be determined using objective criteria such as relevant experience, skills and internal pay equity. All variable compensation is governed by a transparent commission structure aligned to role expectations.
