Placements24 is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant specializing in Finance and Accounting to join a hybrid team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, source, interview, and place qualified finance professionals while building strong relationships with clients in the sector.

The role requires at least 4 years of recruitment experience in finance and accounting, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with ATS/CRM systems.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients in the finance and accounting sector.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a specialization in Finance and Accounting roles.
• Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering on recruitment mandates.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software (ATS/CRM) and sourcing tools.
