Placements24 is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant specializing in Finance and Accounting to join a hybrid team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, source, interview, and place qualified finance professionals while building strong relationships with clients in the sector.

The role requires at least 4 years of recruitment experience in finance and accounting, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with ATS/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with ATS/CRM and sourcing tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for finance and accounting roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified finance professionals.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and verify qualifications and experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients in the finance and accounting sector.
• Generate new business and manage existing client accounts.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding for placed candidates.
• Stay current with market trends, salary benchmarks, and regulatory changes in finance.
• Utilize CRM/ATS to manage candidate and client data.
• Collaborate with team members to share market intelligence.
• Represent the client professionally in meetings and events.
